Whether you’re planning on storing it for tomorrow, next week, or even next month, you can still keep it in good condition. The best part is that it’s easy to do.

Keep your buttercream frosting in an airtight container. It’s best when served fresh, but good when refrigerated for up to two weeks. Keep your buttercream frosting away from fragrant foods in the fridge to avoid spoiling its scent. For long-term storage, freeze your frosting in the freezer for up to two months.
