What you need

Taping tips

Apply tape 1 hour before starting an activity

Thoroughly remove dirt, moisture, oils and lotions from the skin before taping

Do not wear the tape for longer than 7 days

To activate the adhesive, carefully rub the tape several times after applying

In areas that are particularly hairy, trim the hair to ensure the tape sticks better

Remove paper backing before application and always make sure the ends of the tape are applied WITHOUT stretch

Application inner knee - Starting positionSTARTING POSITION

Bend your knee in a 90° angle during this application.

1. STRIP

Application inner knee - Step 175% STRETCH

Cut one strip in half and apply the tape with approximately 75% stretch in line with your femur, right over the point of pain.

Application inner knee - Step 20% STRETCH

Apply both ends without stretch.

2. STRIP

Application inner knee - Step 375% STRETCH

Apply the second half strip with 75% stretch in line with your lower leg, creating an X pattern.

Application inner knee - Step 40% STRETCH

Apply both ends without stretch.

3. STRIP

Application inner knee - Step 50% STRETCH

Apply the anchor without stretch just below the cross.

Application inner knee - Step 625% STRETCH

Apply with 25% stretch with a slight bend over your pain spot towards your hip.

Application inner knee - Step 70% STRETCH

Finish the end of the tape without stretch.

Application inner knee - Step 8DONE!

Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
