TRUETAPE: how to tape your outer wristDIRECTLY TO INSTRUCTIONS

What you need
2 TRUETAPE strips1 pair of scissors
Wearing time
4-5 days
Taping tips
Apply tape 1 hour before starting an activity
Thoroughly remove dirt, moisture, oils and lotions from the skin before taping
Do not wear the tape for longer than 7 days
To activate the adhesive, carefully rub the tape several times after applying
In areas that are particularly hairy, trim the hair to ensure the tape sticks better
Remove paper backing before application and always make sure the ends of the tape are applied WITHOUT stretch
PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS
1. STRIP
Apply the anchor without stretch to the outside of your hand.
Apply the tape with 25% stretch downwards and alongside your ulna and forearm muscles.
Finish the end of the tape without stretch.
2. STRIP
Cut one strip in half and apply with 50% stretch centrally across your wrist.
Apply the end without stretch to the top of your wrist.
Apply the end without stretch to the bottom of your wrist.
Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
