1. Talk to Blathers at the Museum
Head to the Museum and talk to Blathers, who will have a thought bubble over his head. He will tell you about Brewster, who is an experienced cafe manager and a fan of gyroids.
He will then ask you to search for Brewster, letting you know that Kapp'n may be able to help you! Blathers will also give you Brewster's Photo to help you on your search!
How to Unlock the Museum
Making Blathers talk about Brewster
If Blathers is not talking about Brewster when you head to the museum, you need to meet the following unlock conditions.

2. Take a Mysterious Island Boat Tour
Brewster may offer to add Pigeon Milk to your brew, which will improve its creaminess and smoothness!
What Happens When You Drink Too Much Coffee?
There's no limit to how much coffee you can drink since nothing will happen no matter how much coffee you drink, Brewster will just stare at you silently while he takes your bells.
Though we recommend that you visit The Roost once per day instead to have your daily dose of caffeine to earn rewards!
Invite Villagers with amiibo
A phone in the cafe will allow you to use an amiibo card. With amiibos, you can call specific residents to come enjoy a spot of tea with you. You can even invite villagers that don't live on your island, including Special Characters!

Some Villagers Bring Company
Certain special characters may bring along company when invited to the Roost using the amiibo function. Kapp'n, for example, will invite his wife Leilani and his daugther Leila!
Meet Visiting Island Residents
Island residents will sometimes show up to Roost or are already hanging out and drinking some coffee. Special Characters such as Isabelle will sometimes walk in The Roost after drinking some coffee!
Invite Your Friends Over
If you have guests over at the island, you can have them visit the roost and share a cup of coffee with them!
Pay Your Way at The Roost
You have three payment options when inviting guests over for a cup of coffee. You can either pay for all orders, seperate checks, or put it on your tab to pay later!
