Collect my old machine

Arrange a collection date A specialized logistics operator will contact you within a maximum of 20 days to arrange a collection date. Pack your equipment Prepare the old machine for collection by placing it inside a closed cardboard box. Wait for collection Within a maximum of 30 days from the delivery date, the logistics group will collect your old machine. The old machine can only be collected at the same address where the new one was delivered.
