How to watch A&E’s ‘Adults Adopting Adults’ tonight with or without cable

A&E is highlighting the stories of families exploring adult adoption this week.

The series “Adults Adopting Adults” premieres on A&E on Monday, Jan. 31, at 10 p.m. ET (7 p.m. PT). You can also watch the show on FuboTV, Philo and Sling.

Adult adoption is legal in the United States and the new A&E series explores six families undergoing the process and what it takes to complete an adult adoption. While some are in favor adding a new member to their families, others go through trials and tribulations including scrutiny from their peers, naysayers questioning motives and biological family members trying to stop the adoption. The adults featured in this series are between the ages of 18 and 50.

Some of the stories followed throughout this season are about a woman who wants to leave her mother behind to be adopted by another couple that she found online; a German prince seeking an adult son to care for him and carry on his title; and a married man who had an inappropriate relationship with a young woman he was previously trying to adopt and is now looking to adopt another adult daughter, according to A&E.
