An in-depth look at fertility challenges and their effects on Black women is the subject a new documentary coming to OWN this week.

“Eggs Over Easy” airs on OWN on Tuesday, Jan. 4, at 9 p.m. ET (6 p.m. PT). You can also watch it on FuboTV (free trial) or on Philo.

The special shares emotional testimonies from women going through fertility struggles and their efforts to get medical treatment. Andra Day, Keshia Knight Pulliam and Kellee Stewart are featured guests in the film, sharing their own experiences with IVF and other fertility treatments.

The documentary suggests that the subject is considered taboo in the Black community and offers several suggestions about how to start that conversation.
