In an epic confrontation of colossal proportions, Godzilla vs. Kong is now available in theaters and on HBO Max. For the many people who enjoy watching movies while relaxing on the couch and wearing comfortable clothes (OK, yes, pajamas), subscribing to HBO Max will be the best way to view the film. It's now available to all HBO Max subscribers at no additional cost beyond the usual subscription price.HBO Max costs $14.99 per month, which is probably a lot less than you'd spend on a night at the movies anyway. Plus, subscribing now also gets you access to the Snyder Cut (already available) and Mortal Kombat when it lands on the service on April 23. Is Godzilla vs. Kong Streaming in 4K?

Godzilla vs. Kong is streamable in 4K Ultra HD, HDR 10, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos. Whether you get some of those features depends on the hardware you're using to watch the movie. To see the movie in 4K, you'll need to be using one of the following devices:

• Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K and Fire TV Cube
• Android TVs, including: AT&T Streaming Box
• Apple TV 4K
• Google Chromecast Ultra and Chromecast with Google TV
• Roku Ultra 4800x, Roku 4k TVs, Roku Premiere, and Roku Streaming Stick+
• Xfinity X1 (Xi6) and Flex

Previous Godzilla and Kong Movies Are Also on HBO Max

In addition to the new one, a number of older Godzilla and King Kong movies are available to stream on HBO Max right now. You can stream all three of the previous "Monsterverse" movies to which the Godzilla vs. Kong is a sequel: Godzilla (2014), Godzilla: King of the Monsters, and Kong: Skull Island. A number of other earlier King Kong and Godzilla movies are also streaming on the service right now.
