Carnelian is an excellent crystal for passion, creativity, empowerment, grounding, and fertility. Here's how to work with it:

Wear it:

• whenever you are performing or public speaking, so that you really excel, are present in the work and making bold choices.

• when you also need to be committed and bold in your every day choices when making changes in your life or lifestyle.

• in any kind of situation when you want to walk in and feel empowered, have moxy, chutzpah, and fill the room with great energy.

It really helps to boost creativity and revive passion when you're wearing it, or meditate with it or take it as a crystal tonic. You can also sleep with it at night either by placing it under your pillow or by your bedside.

Meditate with it for:

• empowerment

• creativity

• sensuality

• greater confidence and courage in social situations

It balances the sacral chakra (below the belly button) so it's great in crystal healing for:

• pms

• fertility

• virility

Place it on the sacral chakra and rest, let the crystal do it's work for a while, or you can wear it in pockets.
