Introduction

Please follow this guide only if you are having trouble with a few keys. If numerous keys aren't working, you may have to replace the entire keyboard.

What you need

1. Step 1 Individual Keyboard Key

   

   • Carefully remove the key by prying at least two sides up with the plastic removal tool.

   • There are two square, black pieces under the key. A smaller piece may be stuck to the back of the key piece.
