I Can't Find An Unread Email - Beaming

If you fall into the category on the left, where unread emails drive you mad, there’s an issue for Office 365 and Outlook users that might be causing you some annoyance at the moment.

The issue is to do with the Outlook App filtering email incorrectly, so that there is always an unread email showing in Outlook that you cannot find. To locate and delete/mark as read this one pesky email, you will need to access your emails online to locate and retrieve it.

Follow these three steps to locate that one annoying unread email in your Outlook inbox.

Step 1

Navigate to www.office.com and log in.

Step 2

Click “Outlook”, you will then be presented with an online version of your emails, as opposed to the view through the app.

Step 3

Locate the “unread” email, this will be clearly visible whilst in the online view. Now you can either delete it or mark it as read.
