Joined 10/8/14 Messages 10,461 Location Canada's Capital Mr Peepers makes a purring whirring noise when he sings I've had a couple of friends notice and comment on it, if I make the whir/purring noise in response he goes nuts with excitement. He will race around his cage and whir/purr trill and warble until I stop making the noise or speaking to him.. then he gets really angry and starts thrashing around his cage angrily while he makes a loud angry "PEEP" call. He demands attention from me I've never seen this type of behavior from a canary before.
