Yes, you will be needing a 1099-B from E-trade. You will enter this in the Investment section of TurboTax.

A code of V in Box 12 of your W-2 is an amount that was exercise of non-statutory stock option.

This amount is included with your taxable income in boxes 1, 3, and 5. This will need to be reported on your Schedule D. TurboTax helps you do this in the Investment section.
