I have an issue with a Raid Pass

Last Updated: 120d To join a Raid Battle, you’ll need a Raid Pass, Premium Battle Pass, or Remote Raid Pass. You can collect up to one free Raid Pass per day by spinning a Photo Disc at a Gym; Remote Raid Passes and Premium Battle Passes must be purchased from the shop or acquired by completing research tasks. Please note you cannot have more than 1 Raid Pass or 3 Remote Raid Passes in your inventory at a time. If you want to participate in more than one Raid Battle per day, you can purchase Premium Battle Passes or Remote Raid Passes from the Shop. If you’ve experienced an issue with a Raid Pass, Premium Battle Pass, or a Remote Raid Pass, please contact us via in-app support.
