I haven't received my payment

We know that waiting to be paid can be stressful, so here’s how you can keep track of your payments and make sure you’re paid as soon as possible.

Finding your earnings

iOS

• Open the app
• Tap My Depop, then Settings in the top-right corner
• Tap Depop balance to see your upcoming payouts and your latest transactions

Android

• Open the app
• Tap Selling Hub, then the Payments tab
• Tap Depop balance to see your upcoming payouts and your latest transactions

Why haven’t I been paid?

If you haven’t been paid into your account 10 business days after your sale, you’ll need to check your payment details are correct.

In your Payment settings in the app, check that:

• You’ve connected a bank account
• You’ve connected the correct bank account
  • Check the last four digits of your Connected bank account match your bank account number
• You’ve verified your account (if needed)
  • We might need you to provide some ID
  • Remember, if you’re under 18 you need to have a parent or guardian verify with their details on your behalf
• Your Depop balance isn’t negative
  • If your balance is negative due to a refund, you won’t be able to get paid. Connect a top-up card to avoid your balance going negative.

If you use PayPal to sell

If you use PayPal to get paid, there are a few reasons why your payment may not be showing, including using the incorrect details and not fully verifying your account.
