View Our Top Experts I purchased a Motorola Netopia 2247-62-10NA 4-Port Modem. I have followed the instructions and am unable to activate the internet. The instuctions ask for a user name and a password that is supplied by the internet service provider. I supply my user name and password and hit connect. A message comes back that it is the wrong user name or password. Please advise.

First make sure the dialling is done to the correct number - it will be listed in the contract papers.Phone your ISP and request them to confirm you that those are indeed the correct username and password.
