(217) 782-1979 for Grandstand and Multi-Purpose Arena ticketed events.When is the box office open?All sales prior to ISF Box opening date will only be available online through www.Ticketmaster.com or via Ticketmaster Mobile App. ISF Box Office generally opens June 1 for in-person/phone sales - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (call ahead for exact opening date). During the actual fair dates, box office will be open all fair dates 8am-9pm. Please call 217-782-1979 or 217-782-6661 for any additional inquiries.What payment types are accepted?The Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks. Checks are accepted through July 15. Credit/Debit cards are subject to a processing fee.What are the will call rules?Customers can pick up tickets during the Fair at the Box Office windows. Customers must a photo ID, and may be required to present card used for purchase - Pick up name listed must match the photo ID. Pickup prior to Fair dates, please reach out to box office (217) 782-1979 for hours and location of pickup.What are the parking options at Illinois State Fairgrounds Il State Fair?Patrons are not required to park on the fairgrounds; however, parking is available on the fairgrounds for a fee. An accessible seat is allowed one companion seat - total of 2 tickets, per account, are allowed within accessible area. Please call box office 217-782-1979 for any questions. Sign language interpreter is provided for all Grandstand events and transmitted on video screen.What are the general rules of Illinois State Fairgrounds Il State Fair?Fair Admission is NOT included with event ticket purchase. Admission fee is required to enter the fairgrounds for all ages 13 & above. Ticketed events are in addition to fair admission and all ages 3 are required to have a ticket to enter a ticketed event - 2 years and under are permitted without an event ticket if they will be sitting on adult lap (if separate seat is required for the child, a ticket must be purchased). General Track area is a Standing Room Only / General Admission area on a dirt track. If child under 3 will be attending, child must sit on adult lap in Reserved Seating areas (if separate seat is required for child, ticket must be purchased). Children attending in General Track (Standing Room Only) area, requires a Waiver (available thru box office) to be signed by parent/adult.
