The following chart is intended to help you choose the sizers and bra size that will best achieve the final effect you are looking for. Please note: a larger bra size may be necessary for sizers bigger than 300cc's, especially if you would normally wear a size Small bra. These are sports bras with a lot of compression in them. The larger size will still fit you in the circumference, but it will be far more comfortable with the sizers in place.

Also be aware that your doctor may actually need to use a larger implant size than the sizer you choose as your ideal size. Especially with a sub-muscular insertion, there is a lot of compression on the implant. If you wear your chosen sizers to your doctor's appointment, he or she will get a very clear idea of the effect you want. Each sizer is labeled very accurately with the volume of fill inside in cubic centimeters. This will tell your doctor exactly how much volume was added to your breasts to achieve your desired effect. The final choice of implant size and type is a decision between you and your doctor based on the optimal size you choose.
