I used a make sharpener that I have and it broke. For what the product cost I was very frustrated and upset. It Was a great product for only a few uses but once you need more you can't use it. I cannot get the plastic stem to turn on the blade and sharpen the expensive little color-stick inside. What am I doing wrong?
