Hello Tiapool,
Thank you for providing the details of the flashlight issue you are experiencing.
First, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:
Restarting your device
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
You can find the full article here:

If the issue persists, I recommend further isolating the issue by backing up and restoring your iPhone. This will help determine if the issue is due to software or hardware:

Had the same problem. I went to settings>control center>customize controls>remove flashlight
Then, I did a hard reset/restart (holding the Home button+lock button until it shuts off.
Turned back on, went back to customize controls in control center, turned the flashlight back on, and it worked again.

Restarting it fixed it for me! I hadn't thought of this originally since the issue didn't occur until I updated to 9.3.3 & it had just restarted. Problem solved. Thanks!

Turning flash in camera on and off worked for me. Rebooting phone did not.

Just turn it on from video mode in the camera app then quit the app..
Instantly fixed the issue for me without having to reatart my iPhone.
Hope you find this helpful ;)
