Roomba stopped moving
The Roomba stops moving in the middle of vacuuming.
Front Wheel is Stuck
If the front wheel has trouble turning, the wheel may have debris lodged in the axle. Remove the wheel and clean the wheel cavity. Also remove the wheel from its housing and clean the axle. If the wheel is still not working, it may be broken and need to be replaced.

Side Wheel is Stuck
Place the Roomba on a flat surface and restart the clean cycle. If any errors occur on a flat surface, check the wheel for any clogged debris that is preventing the wheel from moving. If the wheel still does not work, then it may be broken and need to be replaced.

Roomba is moving strangely
Constantly spinning uncontrollably or is not able to sense drop offs.
Roomba is Spinning in Circles
Pick up the Roomba and place it in the middle of the room. Restart the clean cycle. If the problem continues, the wheels could be obstructed and should be checked for debris.
- Inspect the wheels for debris.
- Manually turn the side wheels and push them down to clear any debris in the wheel wells.
- Push/tap the bumper to ensure spring compression and to clear any debris.
- If this does not solve the problem, use compressed air to clear all remaining debris.

Roomba has decreased in cleaning performance
Will not vacuum as efficiently as before.
Brushes and/or Filter Are Dirty
The Brushes and Filter often get blocked up, which leads to a decrease in the performance of the Roomba.
Remove the brushes to clean them.
In order to clean the filter:
- Remove the dirt bin.
- Open the Dirt bin door using the yellow tab.
- Pull the yellow tab upwards.
- Clean the filter with compressed air.
- Replace the filter, close the door, and reinsert the Dirt Bin.

The Roomba's Lights Are Flashing
The Roomba's lights are blinking, displaying an error, or saying "charging error".
Blinks Once
The battery is not connected. Make sure that you removed the battery pull-tab. Once that is done, take off the bottom cover of your Roomba to reinstall the Roomba's battery.

Your Roomba needs to cool down or let it recharge for awhile while its cooling down.
