It looks like BROCKHAMPTON'S last performance would be at Coachella 2022.

BROCKHAMPTON has announced that they would be disbanding following their forthcoming gigs in London and Coachella.

Recently, the Texas-based band turned to social media to break the news and express gratitude to its fans for their support over the last eight years.

The 'indefinite hiatus'

In the statement, the band said that their future gigs at the O2 Academy Brixton in London and Coachella would be their final performances as a band.

All of the band's remaining tour dates have been canceled immediately, as refund options are made available for all tickets and VIP packages at the time of purchase.

"Following these four performances, we will be taking an indefinite hiatus as a group", the band revealed. The band continued to thank their fans "from the bottom of our [their] hearts" as they "would not be here without our [their] fans.

Signing off, the "queer-inclusive" boy band penned their final post saying they "are bonded and grateful to you [fans] for life".

Founder and lead vocalist Kevin Abstract has responded to the issue with an emotionally intense, if brief, tweet, in which he thanks Brockhampton fans for their support over the course of several years.

As to why the band decided to go on an "indefinite hiatus", it is still unknown to everyone.

Canceled tour and Coachella 2022

Brockhampton announced last month that they will cancel most of their 2022 European tour due to increased COVID cases throughout the continent.

The gigs, which were announced in conjunction with the release of the band's 2019 album 'Ginger,' were initially scheduled to take place in summer 2020 but were postponed because of COVID-19 limitations. =

The pending tour is subsequently rescheduled for May 2021; however, the concerts had to be postponed once again due to ongoing limitations.

The rescheduled tour was slated to begin on January 14, 2022, in Norway, but it has been postponed once more - except for the two London shows, which the band will still perform.

Coachella's 2022 lineup was unveiled on Thursday, and it includes a number of familiar faces.

Brockhampton has been named as one of the acts performing on the festival's two Saturdays, joining the likes of Megan Thee Stallion, Flume, 21 Savage, Disclosure, Arlo Parks, Freddie Gibbs, and others on the lineup.
