Is it actually okay to unplug my cable around 70/80%? Or do I need 100% everytime I charge

You can charge your phone when ever you need to or whenever is convenient. You do not have to charge the battery to 100% every time.

Here are Apple's suggestions on battery usage:

So example I charge at 3.30pm than I unplug it at 4.00pm where it haven't 100% is acceptable? My battery won't be harmed? Or damage?
