Tomorrow is February 18, which means that G-funk-loving people around the globe will be celebrating the birthday of Andre Young, aka headphone spokesman and alleged person who still on occasion makes rap beats Dr. Dre. Chicago’s quasi-official Dre Day celebration is tomorrow night, once again at the Double Door and once again featuring some of the more classically talented hip-hop DJs around town; MCs making live appearances include Reader favorite Psalm One.

If you want to start celebrating a little early, no one’s going to judge. Strap on your Compton hats and click through for some video to start you off.

We need to be upfront with you.
