I need it so that my pokedex can be filled up and I can't find the trainer that uses it

The Trainer that uses Mothim is Ace Trainer Ernest on Route 210.

If you need help finding Pokémon for your Dex in the future, this website has a list of all places to encounter Sinnoh Pokémon. This includes Trainer battles :)
