I have been playing in hardmode for quite a while and it gets so tedious to clean up the corruption even after plantera, is there any way to completely stop it from spreading or delete it? Even with the cleanser it gets so boring to clean up every single time. < > Showing 1-12 of 12 comments Smetrix View Profile View Posts 13 Jan, 2021 @ 6:47am In game? Not really, you can “quarantine” the corruption by digging a 3 block wide hole all around it, and when in hardmode, just not break any demon altars. Doesn’t work on large worlds though, because another corruption will just spawn in a different part of your world. Does the "quarantine" work in hardmode? #2 Xerc View Profile View Posts 13 Jan, 2021 @ 7:06am Corruption spread can be turned off in journey mode. #3 WolfBones ♥ abov3n View Profile View Posts 13 Jan, 2021 @ 7:12am

Yes, so long as it’s not a large world and if you do not break any altars, because they spawn a random block of corruption somewhere in your world. #5 BorderlineBaddie View Profile View Posts 13 Jan, 2021 @ 7:20am

There's a program called tedit which allows you to edit your world view the whole map place blocks and other stuff you can also remove the corruption/crimson with it #6 nineleaf View Profile View Posts 13 Jan, 2021 @ 7:32am make a 5 block wide hole that goes down until you reach the underworld about 30 blocks away from your world evil and it wont get past that pointyou can also use the clentaminator to get rid of it all together, bought from the steampunker for 1-3 Platinum with Green Solution (spreads the purity) or any other solution you wanna use. #7 WolfBones ♥ abov3n View Profile View Posts 13 Jan, 2021 @ 7:39am

Even after hard mode? And what’s the best tool for the job? #9 BorderlineBaddie View Profile View Posts 13 Jan, 2021 @ 7:55am

you don't need tmodloader to use it and the most recent update came out a few weeks ago so yes it works for the current version #10 WolfBones ♥ abov3n View Profile View Posts 13 Jan, 2021 @ 8:13am
