When did William and Elizabeth get back together?

In January 2023, William and Elizabeth arrived at the Living Legends of Aviation Awards in Beverly Hills together.

In an interview with The Mirror, he said of Elizabeth, “My wife… she is the zest of life. She brings the flavor.”

The following year, the actor gave Parade a relationship update, saying, “My little secret is I’m living with my former wife.”

He continued, “We’ve in effect remarried. But we haven’t done another ceremony.”

“The reasons we divorced were many, but none of them had to do with distaste,” he added.

How many times has William Shatner been married?

Though Shatner is worth a whopping $100 million, he was a relatively unknown theatre performer when he walked down the aisle for the first time.

In 1956, the then-25-year-old Shatner wed fellow actress Gloria Rand.

They had 3 children together: Leslie, Lisabeth, and Melanie.

Rand would later watch her husband rise to television fame on the iconic show Star Trek, which premiered in 1966.

Their marriage ended the same year that the show did in 1969.

The rising Hollywood star waited four years before tying the knot again.

Marcy Lafferty became his second wife in 1973 and would go on to act alongside him in the 1979 film Star Trek: The Motion Picture and the ’80s police drama TV show T.J. Hooker.

His longest relationship, the two stayed married for 23 years before finalizing their divorce in 1996.

In 1997, he married aspiring actress Nerine Kidd, whom he met on the set of Kung Fu: The Legend Continues, in a Pasadena ceremony.
