Issues connecting to Plusnet
«
on: February 24, 2022, 08:13:50 PM » HeyI'm wondering if anyone has ever run into this issue before.I've been with plusnet for over a year with frequent dropouts but the sync always stays up.3 days ago my internet went dead and hasn't worked since but router stays synced. My router is a vr600 v3 and the error says "Check the DSL settings such as VLAN ID. Contact your Internet service provider to confirm if your line is in good condition."I've had openreach out today and he was baffled by this to as all the tests on the line passed. He also tried swapping ports and doing a line reset but it still won't work.I've been in touch with plusnet again but they can't give me a reason either. This what the logs look like.ID Time Type Level Log Content1 2022-02-24 20:11:46 PPP Information sent [PADI Host-Uniq(0x00005267)]2 2022-02-24 20:11:36 DHCPD Notice Send ACK to 192.168.1.1153 2022-02-24 20:11:36 PPP Information sent [PADI Host-Uniq(0x00005267)]4 2022-02-24 20:11:31 PPP Information sent [PADI Host-Uniq(0x00005267)]5 2022-02-24 20:11:31 PPP Information sent [PADT session is 5587]6 2022-02-24 20:11:12 PPP Warning Connect script failed7 2022-02-24 20:11:12 PPP Error Unable to complete PPPoE Discovery8 2022-02-24 20:11:12 PPP Warning Timeout waiting for PADO packetsThanks

when you set it up, did you choose Other isp and configure manually or did you choose the Plusnet ISP scripted entry in the quick setup?
