It looks like Gym Class Heroes are getting back together

After half a decade of silence it seems the members of Gym Class Heroes may soon be working together once more.

Earlier today, the pop band known as Train announced plans for the 2018 installment of their annual cruise from New Orleans to Cozumel. The announcement poster, which was shared on social media, includes Gym Class Heroes among the performers. You can view the image below:

At the time of this post Gym Class Heroes had retweeted the official announcement, but made no comments themselves. We have reached out to the band’s last known contacts for comment, but have not heard back.

Fans of Gym Class Heroes will recall that the band initially went on hiatus in 2009, but returned in 2011 to release The Papercut Chronicles Pt. II. Since then, the members have gone on to pursue different projects, but none have reached the notoriety of the group that made them known in the first place. Frontman Travie McCoy also attempted a solo career, which produced one single, but to date no proper album has surfaced.

We are expecting more news on Gym Class Heroes plans to return in the days and weeks ahead. Please follow Substream on Twitter for updates.
