Ben Askren expected a major payout from his boxing match against Paul; and while the exact figures from the match haven’t been revealed, Jake claimed that the event generated $65 million in a YouTube video. According to BadLeftHook, the fight had 1.45 million buys, with PPV prices slated at $49.99 each. Paul’s salary was reportedly set at $690,000. Askren took home $500,000 – excluding some extra dough from PPV purchases.

Will Jake Paul fight Ben Askren again?

It’s unlikely that Jake Paul will face off against Ben Askren again. Following his bout against the former Olympic mixed martial artist, Paul went on to defeat UFC champ Tyron Woodley in August, who he took out once again in a December rematch.
