The duo began a war of words after Paul’s last victory over ex-NBA star Nate Robinson - his second professional fight and win.

Hide AdThe US-held bout will see Askren enter the boxing arena for the first time with 19 wins and two losses to his name from a 10-year pro MMA career.


The build up to the exhibition boxing bout has been shrouded in controversy this week after Paul was accused of sexually assaulting TikTok star Justine Paradise.
Paul denies the claims and says the allegations were designed to distract attention from the fight, adding Paradise’s claim was “100% false” in a statement on Twitter.
