Jeans with Boots?

I grew up wearing 13MWZs with heavy starch. After walking stiff legged and crushing my balls for too many years, I moved to Wrangler 20X and Cinch, but they're so baggy now in the legs, I feel like I'm wearing parachute pants with boots. What are the current go to jeans to wear with cowboy boots that aren't bedazzled and don't have stitching on the back pockets from butt to mid-thigh? I have Levi's for work boots.ETA: I just saw and read through the "rugged jeans" thread, and now know I need to stop buying Levi's. Reply Quote 0 1 edit Joe Exotic You must be a subscriber to . Wrangler 47MWZ's aren't bad, either. I'm developing "old man butt" so I am getting away from the 47's. They just get a little b a g g y back there. They make so many different types of Wranglers now it is crazy....but so are some of the prices. 02MACRB are my go to jeans the last few years. Fixing to buy some 02MCV or 02MWXDL to try. Not sure how the 02s will hold up to work, but one set is about to the point of being worn out so they will become farm pants soon. 02 - Style; First 3 letters are code for the material; last 2 letters for the color.I was shocked that a "slim" fit were the best fitting jeans I've found in a while, and the wife wouldn't let me leave the store without them. It took me a while to decipher this, but in the meantime, I googled "spunds." The urban dictionary definition is appropriate here. Reply Quote 0 BrazosDog02 You must be a subscriber to . I've found nothing that outperforms a 13mwz. Duluth May have something relatively decent but not for the "**** you in the neck" prices they ask. For my roofing work I have switched to wrangler Riggs cargo pants. They are heavy and builtIncredibly well. Still not much on the market I have found that can touch them in terms of quality and wear. I get them for 17 bucks brand new at the outlet store in Hempstead. But again, they are heavy. Reply Quote 0 3 edits CSTXAg92 You must be a subscriber to . Just need to find the cinch labels that fit you best. I prefer the bronze or white label for work jeans. Reply Quote 0 AgTech88 You must be a subscriber to . Always looking for good options but have yet to find anything that really fits from mainstream brands. Used to able to custom order 501's but Levi stopped offering. Now I wear the Ariat M5 and have really enjoyed them. Reply Quote 0 schmellba99 You must be a subscriber to . Nothing wrong with that at all. I still starch mine, DGAF if the new-fangled bedazzled crowd doesn't approve. Reply Quote 0 texAZtea You must be a subscriber to . I dont' go super heavy starch anymore, but i like a good starch and crease. Reply Quote 0 CactusThomas You must be a subscriber to . Meh....I buy based on what fits, wears well, and works for how I make a living. I'm not basing decisions on fashion or political statements.
