Jell-o Jigglers Community Pick Submitted by Pamela "This a great recipe to make with kids and for kids. I sent these along with my daughter for her Valentine's Day party. There are many students with allergies, such as milk, wheat, and nuts, and this was a treat they could all enjoy! Cook time is chill time."   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal save Download Print Share I Made This photo by Marg (CaymanDesigns) photo by Marg (CaymanDesigns) photo by Marg (CaymanDesigns) photo by Marg (CaymanDesigns) photo by Marg (CaymanDesigns) photo by Watkinslady30 photo by Watkinslady30 photo by AmyMCGS photo by AmyMCGS photo by Marg (CaymanDesigns) photo by Marg (CaymanDesigns) Ready In: 3hrs 5mins Ingredients: 3 Yields: 20 pieces Nutrition information

  1. Pamela, I always make jell-o jigglers in an 8-inch Teflon coated pan, to make them a tad bit bigger, but when I want to make them in a 13x9x2-inch pan, I use 8 boxes of the jell-o, plus 5 cups of boiling water. This past weekened I made jell-o jigglers using the 2 new gelatin flavors, Tropical Fusion (a blend of cherry, orange and pineapple) plus the Blackberry Fusion (a blend of blackberry and raspberry). Everyone enjoyed them. One other thing I wanted to mention, if you make your jello jigglers in Teflon coated pans, there's no need to dip bottom of pan in warm water for 15 seconds to loosen the gelatin. Pamela, thank you for posting this recipe, so others can make them as well.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Cindi-Marie-Bauer Reply 2
  2. I would like to offer a suggestion: line your pan with Saran wrap; then when jelled, lift out of pan and cut your shapes. Use a wet metal spatula to lift the shapes. I have found this an easier way to handle these jigglers. HTH   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Nana Lee Reply 2
  3. I also make these. Since we drink alot of fresh squeezed oj, I save the orange shells and use these for molds. To serve to the kids, I cut the orange halves into wedges for easier eating. Kids loved these.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal connie427 Reply 2
  4. These were fun to make and see how they turned out. I used my chocolate moulds sprayed with cooking spray and put the jelly mix into them and got all sorts of pictured jellies and the kids loved them too.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal oriana Reply 2
  5. We make jigglers all the time. We've done jelly bean jigglers, NASCAR jigglers, Holiday jigglers and Easter Egg Jigglers. My kids love to gobble them up! Make sure to spray your molds well, or you'll have some sticky situations!   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Dine Dish Reply 1

  1. In response to Abby Huff: there are vegan jello mixes. Just buy any jello mix that is certified kosher. Instead of gelatin from animals (usually pigs, I believe), they use a seaweed based gelatin. Most of them are as firm as the original jello brand product, but you might have to use just a little bit less water. Hope this helps.   Sarah Chana Reply
