ORIGIN Jessie J is an English pop singer and songwriter. She was born Jessica Ellen Cornish on March 27, 1988 in Redbridge, London. She attended Mayfield High School in London and studied at the BRIT School for Performing Arts & Technology.

CAREER Jessie J began her career as a songwriter with Sony ATV Publishing. She wrote songs for artists like Miley Cyrus, Alicia Keys and Chris Brown.
