24 Nov – John Lloyd Cruz recently admitted that he has no idea why his love life is not as successful as his acting career.

In an interview on "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho", the actor stated that it's hard to give an answer as to why none of his relationships worked, though confessed that it made him realise that his life is real and not just some romantic movie.

"I hope I know the answer. Definitely it takes two to tango. I definitely missed every opportunity in each of them. Why do we insist if it's not compatible?" he said.

It is noted that John Lloyd has had a number of high-profile romances, from Kaye Abad, Shaina Magdayao, Ruffa Gutierrez, Angelica Panganiban, and to his last known romance - Ellen Adarna, who recently tied the knot with actor Derek Ramsay. Ellen is the mother of John Lloyd's son, Elias.

At the same time, the "One More Chance" star stated that he is in a much better place now, especially following his previous hiatus from showbiz.
