Joshua is a Canadian-American actor who is known for his Mighty Ducks as Charlie Conway, Dawson’s Creek between the years 1998–2003 a teen drama as Pacey Witter. Fringe, a fiction series between these years 2008–2013 as Peter Bishop, The Affair between the years 2014–2018 as Cole Lockhart, When They See Us in the year 2019 as Mickey Joseph which was a drama miniseries.

Little Fires Everywhere as Bill Richardson in the year 2020. He was also nominated and won many awards of which some are, Choice TV Actor in Dawson’s Creek for Teen Choice Award in the year 2000, Male Superstar of Tomorrow for Young Hollywood Award in the year 2000 and he also won Teen Choice Award  as Choice TV Actor for Dawson’s Creek in 2001.

Josh was born in Vancouver, Canada and is 43 years of age as of the year 2021. His mother is a casting director. His father is from Texas and his mother has an ancestry of Ballyfermot, Dublin and Ireland and immigrated to North America in the later period of the 1960s.

Josh also had two older half brothers, Jonathan and Lyman. He grew up as Catholic Christian. He lived in California till the age of 8 and later moved to Vancouver with his mother and sister.  Joshua Jackson got graduated from Ideal Mini School and Kitsilano Secondary School to which he moved to later. He had his high school with Ryan Reynolds as a mate. He was also kicked out of high school once because of The Jon Stewart Show.

Joshua Jackson Success and career

Joshua has begun his career in small roles like in the movies like Crooked Hearts in the year 1991 and at the very next year, he played in Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory a musical version as the kid Charlie. With the help of the play’s casting director Laura Kennedy, he joined an Agency called William Morris Agency. Later after that, he got a chance in The Mighty Duck series, as a young and motivated hockey player. He also has acted in several movies like Cruel Intentions, The Skulls, The Safety of Objects, The Laramie Project, Ocean’s Eleven’s remake as a short cameo in which he showed up as himself in a poker scene with the major roled actors Brad, Clooney and Holly Marie Combs and He has also guest-starred in THe Simpsons in the Season 12 as the voice character of Jesse Grass.
