Business is still booming at several local pop up fireworks stands across Monroe County.

The day after the fourth of July is the last day to buy sparklers, firecrackers, and bottle rockets. Tents are offering deep discounts.

Customers who took advantage of the prices say they're stocking up for the summer.

"We did purchase some before, but it was kind of a hot day yesterday and a lot of people had to go back to work today, so we didn't really hang around and set them off last night," said Jim Buck of Pittsford. "We thought we'd go check out the half price stuff, pick up some more and do them later in the summer," said Buck.

Those tents won't be back until the week of December 26th to January 2nd.
