KC was a bright 19 year old young man with his whole life ahead of him until he was falsely accused, arrested and charged with murdering his girlfriend in 2012. After living in limbo for four years he went to trial and was wrongfully convicted of felony murder in the first degree with a possible mandatory life sentence. This was a travesty of justice, an atrocity of mishandling of evidence, denial of rights to a lawyer, mishandling of a crime scene, denial of certain evidence in the actual trial, no motive, no weapon, no DNA, no fingerprints, other persons of interest that were never investigated, and so much reasonable doubt that those of us in the courtroom are wondering how the jury could have possibly arrived at this decision. About KC Grondin

KC Grondin graduated from Lapeer East High School with honors in 2010 where he was an honor roll student and part of the jazz, marching and symphony band. During his senior year, he took engineering classes through U of M Flint, and after graduating, he continued his education at U of M Flint majoring in Business. He's a smart kid and has a bright future ahead of him. KC and his girlfriend had a beautiful relationship... it was young, true love. He's very close with his Mom, Dad, Brother, and Grandparents, and has amazing relationships with his cousins and friends too. He's a wonderful young man that always puts others first.

Undisputed Facts in the Case

1DNA analysis proved the male DNA found under the victim's fingernails at the crime scene didn't belong to KC Grondin.

2Fingerprint analysis proved that the male fingerprints found at the crime scene didn't belong to KC Grondin.

3A debit card stolen from the victim at the time of the crime was being used in Davison, MI while KC Grondin was proven to be in Lapeer, MI. View the Images Here

419 year old Kenneth Carl Grondin III was refused legal representation while the police interrogated him. This was a direct violation of the Bender Law.

5A Michigan State Police Officer was proven to have committed perjury in the KC Grondin case.

6The police interrogation was video taped and then used against KC Grondin during the trial. Mysteriously, the last 8 minutes of the video tape had "technical difficulties" so KC Grondin's repeated statements of innocence couldn't be heard. This is a well-known tactic used in trials by State Police to influence the verdict.

7The Lapeer County Sheriff's Department doesn't believe Kenneth Carl Grondin III committed this crime, but for some reason, the State Police continue to refuse further investigation.

8During deliberation, the jury was denied access to the documented timelines used during the trial - even though they asked for them to resolve disputes and lapses in memory.

With No motive, No DNA, No fingerprints, No witnesses, No criminal record, and No weapon, why was Kenneth Carl Grondin III convicted?

Everyone that was in the courtroom is still trying to figure that out.

This young man needs your help. Please help us convince the Judge, the Attorney General, the Prosecutor, and our Senators that this horrible injustice needs to be corrected.
