Aside from his vices, Keith is secretly much healthier than he lets on with diet and exercise, same with Mick, and has stayed off of hard drugs for a long time, that they've lasted so long seems medically impossible but I think they both learned from their mistakes on what their bodies could tolerate. Still, it's probably a combination of genes and luck which helps, most men would have long been six feet under with what he's taken during his life. If Keith gets to 80 that would certainly be remarkable! Obviously, in terms of stature they are just like the rest of us. Some short, some tall, most are kind of average.
