Shauna424 reviewsFollowFollowAugust 17, 2018I have enjoyed other books in this short series about the Elizabethan doctor Simon Forman. This one was very slow-paced and the plot seemed, to me, very obvious.
Bonnibelle Revekka10 reviewsFollowFollowNovember 1, 2021This is a bad choice to open a reader to the work of Cook. Slow paced and tedious, I was bored from the start and abandoned after just 60 pages. I have forgotten most of what I've read and kept confusing the two main protagonists with one another. The idea has promise and I may return to give this a second chance.Hairsoftree25 reviewsFollowFollowJanuary 25, 2014Bonne lecture en anglais sous le règne Elizabethéen.
