As far as i know 1kg is little more than 1litre.here its shown equal????? Reply-
Hi Yasmin,
The converter is doing the calculations based on water. For other liquids the calculations may be different, depending on the density of the liquid.
The formula is: Density = Mass / Volume
Density of water = 1 g/cc 1 l = 1000 cc
So the calculation for water will be: 1000 cc * 1 g/cc = 1000 g 1000 g = 1 kg
If we want to calculate for mercury, then we have: Density of mercury = 13.6 g/cc
So the calculation for mercury will be: 1000 cc * 13.6 g/cc = 13600 g 13600 g = 13.6 kg
Hope this clarifies the confusion

Want to know conversion of 5 Lt ultrasonic gel into kg Reply-
Hi Dharini,
You have to know the density of the ultrasonic gel to make the conversion.
If you find out the density, then you can apply the formula explained above to Yasmin.
