Amazingly.

With freakish ease. Britannia has the Lancelot with its absurd speed and agility, as well as its MVS swords and its hugely powerful VARIS, which Suzaku used in that very episode to cut through hundreds of metres of rock. The Black Knights have the Gurren with equal speed and agility, though to be honest I'm not sure whether Kallen could cook Baragon's brain with the radiation wave surger at this point. Even without the seventh gens the average Sutherland is extraordinarily fast and agile, going by how Villeta could just climb between two walls by pushing her landspinners into them. The Burai Kai units are close to Glouscesters in agility, so worse comes to worse Toudou and the Four Holy Swords can probably perform an impromptu lobotomy with their Katen Yaibatou, which effortlessly cut through tank armour. Baragon's doesn't seem to have the ability to shrug artillery off like rain like some kaiju (if 90mm cannons can hurt it), so that should be possible.

3) How many will Baragon slaughter and/or deveour?

Most of the Japanese pilots: there's a distinct quality gap between the RPI and the pilots of the various Japanese rebel groups. Comparitively, Group CA is made up of knights who are considered elite among other knights. That said, the appearence of a giant freaking monster might surprise them significantly.

4) Can Lelouch take advantage of the chaos in any way?

If he's lucky, then Suzaku will be too busy killing Baragon to be able to save Cornellia from Lelouch's trap. If the Lancelot can't get there, then there's literally nothing they can do about Zero completing his objectives. What is Project Zohar? Here's to a certain mostly harmless nutcase.
