Nevertheless, shortly after the bankruptcy announcement, private equity firm Hildrid Capital Management officially acquired the company out of bankruptcy with an initial stalking horse bid of $65 million.

Buxton stated that everyone at Hello Bello believes this was the best choice to secure the company’s future and maintain its current level of service and customer satisfaction, and Hildred’s operational expertise will be greatly appreciated.
