2025-2026 Application and Interview Information

Thank you for your interest in the Emergency Medicine residency program at the University of Kansas School of Medicine.

The University of Kansas participates in ResidencyCAS (https://www.residencycas.com/). Applications are accepted by electronic filing only. Program Leadership will begin reviewing applications October 1st, and interview invitations will be issued on a rolling basis during the interview season.

We will have 13 available positions to match for the Class of 2029 (to start July 1, 2026).

All 2025-26 interviews will be scheduled and conducted via ResidencyCAS. The program will conduct interviews between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with resident hosted breakout sessions the evening before the interview day.
