LadyAdalicia — When Was Adrien Agrestes Birthday???

Haha I did do an Adrien’s birthday theory just never posted it!

I did write in may of 2019 though so whether or not it’s still accurate who knows, I did update some of it since Marinette is confirmed to be born in the year of the snake and a Leo (like me!) and I don’t think much has been released on his birthday unlike Marinette but this was the best I got so here you go:

In the episode “Bubbler” Adrien turns 14.

We know that “Bubbler” is set before “Dark Cupid”, as Alya references the bubbler incident in the episode. which occurs on the 14 February.

Which according to out timelines, “Bubbler” is in the same year as “Timebreaker”. And from my previous theory, we know that Timebreaker is set in 2018. Therefore Adrien is born in 2004, meaning Marinette is older than him.

Also “Bubbler” occurs after the Origins episode which showed Bustier’s class beginning the new school year, which would have begun on the 30th of August, the start of the school year in France in 2017.

Meaning that Anywhere between the 30th August and the 14th of February is where his birthday is.

I think we can use zodiac signs to determine where Adrien will lie. And yes there are six possible signs for him.

He could be:

Virgo ~ August 23 - September 22

Libra ~ September 23 - October 22

Scorpio ~ October 23 - November 21

Sagittarius ~ November 22 - December 21

Capricorn ~ December 22 - January 19

Aquarius ~ January 20 - February 18

Now I’m going to look up each sign and how they act when in love and some basic personality traits.

According to the wiki these are Adrien’s personality traits: charismatic, naive, obedient, somewhat insecure, empathetic, supportive. He has shown as Chat Noir being love with Ladybug that; he is deeply loyal to her, protective, and he has never lied to her.

This is what I’m going to use as a basic connection to a zodiac signs. These are my research results:

Virgo - I would say a big no. Virgo are very intune with themselves and are incredibly fussy people. But Virgos come off as cold and will not be open about themselves. This does not describes Adrien at all.

Libra - I think he might be a Libra. As Libra’s are about having balance in their life and have a hard time connecting to others at times. But also they are hopeless romantics and will put their partners on pedestals. Adrien has some balance with his two personas, being able to be free as one and isolated as the other. What sells this sign to me is that “Libra men have a habit of stringing several (or more) people along at once – often without even realizing what they are doing.” AND HOW MANY GIRLS LIKE HIM? Too many!! Like guys a Libra man in love is 100% him.

Scorpio - Literally this sign guys are describe as bad boys who like to be loners. They have serious intense personalities. And just nope not our sweet cinnamon child.

Sagittarius - At first I thought it was possible but then I was oh god this is Adrien and let me show you why. “This guy may spend years obsessing about the perfection of the one who got away, while completely ignoring the devoted affections of the one who’s been right here all along.” Remind y’all of anyone?!

Capricorn - yeah he isn’t a Capricorn. These men are very mysterious, and build icy walls around their inner selves. Also they are describe as Workaholics. Adrien while he can’t express himself very well is very sensitive and we see that, and sunshine child does not like working.

Aquairus - so this sign is literally that these men are bachelors for like all their lives and extremely funny which isn’t Adrien at all.

So the two signs that I concluded are candidates for him are Libra and Sagittarius.

Now out of two, I believe Libra is the most accurate. I’ve seen some people state he is a Virgo born in September but they never state their sources or reasons besides that he is born in fall so I’ve got nothing.

So Adrien if he is a Libra, this means his birthday is between September 23 - October 22. And in “Bubbler” Marientte says “Mom it’s Friday” in the first five minutes.

And we know it takes place in 2018 so we can knock off a lot!!!

We have narrowed it down to four dates!!!

28th of September

5th of October

12th of October

19th of October

I had to do a lot more research to narrow down these dates. One key thing was that in the Webisode “Marinette and Adrien”, Marinette states that Adrien’s birthday will be soon. Suggesting that this webisode takes place just before “The Bubbler”. Which this episode aired on October 5th 2016 in France, so it’s safe bet that the 28th of September and 5th of October are out.

That leaves the 12th and 19th of October! And this is a bit of a stretch but I think it is the 19th. Why do I believe this?

The show aired on the 19th of October for the first time in France. Meaning that this day has a lot of significance for Astruc and would be make sense to have that as Adrien’s birthday.

Therefore I conclude that Adrien’s Birthday is the 19th of October, and he was born in 2004.

ATTENTION: Since Marinette’s birthday has been confirmed as being in the year of the snake and that she is a Leo, this may adjust the years differently but I am of the belief that the date is correct. This is just a THEORY please do not take my word as fact. I wrote this in 2019 with a couple of tweaks in 2021 so this could be wrong and that’s okay!!
