Breach of Contract Lawsuit

A few years later, in 2025, Daniel Ryjov filed a lawsuit against Williams over an investment tied to his brand PR Lifestyle.​​ The complaint alleged that Ryjov invested about $50,000 for a promised 3% ownership stake and a share of monthly profits. This was based on PR Lifestyle generating more than $2 million in annual revenue with high profit margins.​

In his claim, Ryjov accused Williams of breach of contract, fraud, and deceit. He stated that Williams told him the money would go into the business, but instead Ryjov discovered that he planned to use it as a down payment on a new house.

Shortly after that, Williams stopped sending him profit checks even though the company was reportedly still making good money. Although the suit was about Ryjov, it’s been reported that Williams may have received other undisclosed investments.
