While LeBron James didn’t go to college, instead electing to jump straight to the NBA out of high school, his son Bronny will still have a chance to play college basketball if he chooses.

Bronny is currently rated as the No. 7 shooting guard and No. 43 overall high school player in the 2023 recruiting class. Bronny still hasn’t made a decision about his future yet, but On3 reported on Wednesday that Ohio State, USC and Oregon were all actively recruiting Bronny with the Ducks as the frontrunner.

LeBron, however, shot down that report on Wednesday night with one Tweet.

While Bronny has not yet made his college decision, he’s still putting his athleticism on display. The four-star shooting guard made waves with a showstopping dunk earlier this week that turned some heads around the basketball world.

Bronny still has to make his college decision, but LeBron has already made plans for Bronny’s professional career. LeBron has long said he wants to play at least one season alongside his son in the NBA before he decides to retire.
