Why are the LED lights not flashing with activity?

My previous Netgear router lights where constantly flashing with WiFi, LAN or WAN activity, is this something that TP-Link routers don't do or is there a setting to change?

It is normal, the wifi leds on means that the wifi function works properly.

You can read the user manual for more information.
