Controversy[]

Feud with Amanda Cerny[]

In September 2016, Following a public falling out with Lele, her best friend and Viner Amanda Cerny, who stated that Pons knew the code for Cerny’s phone for months and had been using it to delete Cerny’s Instagram pictures and videos, as well as deleting her first ever YouTube video. Pons then spoke up about the situation and that this was the reason for their falling out. Cerny says that Pons sent the police to her house to ask her to take down the instagram post, where she talked about the situation. Cerny’s video was titled "Why I dumped her".[2][3]

Fake Charity[]

In July 2017, Pons was criticized for lying about donating her hair to charity, as many internet users determined the hair in her photo was extensions rather than her own. She later clarified she had intended to donate her hair, but learned it wouldn't be accepted due to containing artificial color.[2]
