Utility bill changes

City Council has changed two utility bill items from flat fees to usage based fees beginning with bills due 6/16/25.

The $8 water capital projects fee and the $5 sewer capital projects fee have been removed and replaced by a usage based water bond fee and a usage based sewer bond fee.
